With subscription to your local service, access the caller ID/call waiting information via the three-line LCD. Displaying the name and number of every call, the phone can even help you avoid sleazy telemarketers, and each incoming call receives a stamp with the time and date, so you’ll know whom to call back first. The handset volume is adjustable, and you can plug in a headset for hands-free operation. The long-life NiCD battery provides up to six hours of talking time. The manufacturer includes a one-year warranty covering parts and service.

I’ve had this phone for about two and one half years now and have never had a problem with it. The bright caller ID is a great feature of this phone. As with the sticky buttons, I have been lucky and have not had this problem. It seems many other people have. Overall, my experience with this phone is positive.
Customer Review: Lots of problems
I’ve had this phone for about a year now. There were a couple of problems right off the bat (not storing phone numbers of incoming calls & cumbersome deletion of caller ID information) but I could live with those. About nine months after buying it, I started having problems with the number keys. Now I have to press the buttons down so hard to get them to work that the phone is almost unusable. It’s cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Customer Review: Not the best phone…get what you pay for
The answering machine recorder is really poor quality. You sound like you are in a barrel with static and your voice is not clear. You sound far, far away. Not so professional for a business answering machine. Features it doesn’t have that I wish it had is a speaker option and a “do not disturb” button. Really loud ring, not sure if you can adjust that.

Customer Review: DO NOT BUY A NWB PHONE
I do not have this model but after having my old phone for 40 years I bought a NWB phone due to remodeling. It lasted 5 months. You cannot get through on their help line and they do not answer their e-amil. Buy a NWB phone at your own risk.
